        The purpose of the research and technology is reaching to the needed technological and innovative achievements for improving the technological and innovative capabilities of industries in order to their competitiveness. Thus, wealth creation from research and technology activities, required the commercialization of its achievements. Hence, according to the Iran’s direction toward Software movement and knowledge-based economy development, infrastructure and requirements for commercialization of technological achievements which are products of scientific development and knowledge-based economy will be provided. In this paper, after defining the technology commercialization according to the different views and surveying necessity reasons of technology commercialization in the process of technology development, different kinds of existing models of technology commercialization in each approach will be mentioned. Then, the world leading countries in technology commercialization and their measures are discussed and various models of technology commercialization support are described and analyzed in some of them. Finally, with a national view to the development and commercialization of technology in Iran, the various required supports for commercialization in the country, and especially financial support, and its models will be cited.         By implementing open innovation management, the businesses can enjoy reduction of innovation cost and shorter maturity time of the innovative ideas. Even several businesses can participate in open innovation. Through this, the companies shorten their way to harmonization with the market and attracting novel ideas in the more dynamic, competitive, and wider markets. Thus, the management needs to recognize the outcomes of different market business models and prepare the infrastructure in a way to guarantee their business's survival in the innovation environment. Open innovation is one of the modern innovation paradigms which is perfectly implemented in multination companies. The tools introduced by the paradigm ensure maximum value added in the businesses along with improvement of quality level and satisfaction of all customers. The present study was conducted as a review research, in which necessity of the implementation of open innovation to achieve customer satisfaction and reengineering the business is emphasized through defining the open innovation, proposing conceptual models, and introducing practical models in Iran and other countries. Given that majority of large/average/small producing businesses lack functional research and development department to bring in innovation-based technologies, the national open innovation plan is a solution for the current challenges ahead of industrial units.         The employment is one of most important of macroeconomic variables for all country. Trade liberalization and the costs of higher education have effect of that. So, this paper survey the impact of Trade liberalization and the costs of higher education on the employment of industry sector. For this object used data time series of 1979-2014 and the autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL). After check the long run linkage, result show that, productivity of labor has negative effect and other variable such as: investment, Trade liberalization, costs of higher education and ratio of value add produce in industry on gross domestic product  have positive effects on the depend variable. Error Correction Model show, in any term be regulation 88 present for near to long run.         The main purpose of this article is to design and validate a model for managing the quality of research activities of university faculty members. This research has been done in the framework of a qualitative and quantitative approach; For this purpose, in the qualitative stage, 14 experts in the field of academic research quality were purposefully selected with a theoretical sampling strategy and interviewed in a semi-structured manner. Thematic analysis technique (theme) was used to analyze the data. After implementing the content of the interviews and their preliminary analysis, the codes or basic concepts were identified and in order to achieve the main categories, similar codes were placed in special categories. Finally, for each category, a title was selected that includes all the codes of that category. As a result of this study, the model of quality management of research activities of university faculty members was identified, which according to academic research experts, includes the dimensions of bedrock, policies and missions, planning, support / incentive systems, and the dimension of evaluation and monitoring. Are that the sum of them in the pattern is 25 components. The results of quantitative data analysis showed that the research sample evaluated the quality management model of research activities of university faculty members at the desired level and recognized the existence of these dimensions and their related components as important and important. Validation of the model designed in the research sample showed that all observable variables have a suitable factor load on their latent variable and according to PLS indicators have the necessary desirability to measure their corresponding latent variable. Also, the findings of the goodness of fit test and other quality indicators of the model showed that the proposed model of quality management model of research activities of faculty members of universities has the necessary quality and fit.
